You ever just wanna draw a quick chibi version of a character you like, but remember they're a Guilty Gear character and suddenly it becomes an entire project?
Anyway, I think Elphelt is neat.
The charity sector is incapacitated, so I have to handle this situation on my own. Some plans are being developed, but there's nothing guaranteeing I won't be homeless yet.
