At least this is more understandable--i'm assuming this take is coming from someone who believes the speedrunners are out there doing all the usual stuff AND speedrunning on top of that, which you would indeed need aristocratic levels of wealth to do. (You'd have to hire people to do a bunch of stuff for you.)
