The new Spice & Wolf remake's been great so far. I don't usually (ever) go in for fox girl animes but the setting and the plot and the writing and the music are really good. Every other episode is like an economics lecture too, in mostly good way, just shown through the lens of German medieval trading and merchant companies. And the two protags are really smart and fun to watch just talk and interact, without being too fanservice-y. The original series must have spawned a million furies at least.
