I give to you, my very first DOOM mod, DUNB.
I made this back around march 2023. It's a wad with 4 short maps, made for my friend Stella to play. It's full of stupid jokes, funny textures, and other weird things. It's also the first time I've ever made anything in DOOM, and it was incredibly fun to do.
All four maps are fairly easy and I tried to be generous with ammo and healing, so even if you've never played Doom before, you should be able to explore without much trouble (and if you do, theres nothing wrong with typing iddqd to enable god mode!)
It's full of weird little things, bizarre monster edits... the yugioh corridor. You name it. Originally it was all as a funny thing for my friends, but I thought it could be interesting to look at even if you aren't in on the jokes.
Additionally, since it's mostly a mix of in-jokes, or just images that are funny on their own (which I think are slightly more tolerable when you arent in on them, though!), I've added a developer's commentary mode, in which you can read up on inspirations and explanations for all the different little parts.
And if you don't, that's fine too
