Most women use some variant of passive radiating heat sink to dispose of heat, and the high end option for most civilian women are water cooling systems, cheap but not ideal for combat levels of heat. And aluminum bloc radiators are easily damaged.

Military-grade women use flat passive panels giving them "tiger stripes" that glow white/black hot in FLIR. A common cheap option is called "NaK", standing for sodium-potassium alloy that remains liquid at room temperature and has high thermal conductivity.

The highest performance women circulate lead-bismuth eutectic or LBE in their systems. They usually never drop below an internal heat of over 130 °C in normal operation and can keep LBE liquid the entire time.

With low volume changes and an extremely high boiling point, LBE women are capable of prolonged operations well beyond that of NaK or more exotic coolants at an acceptable cost. LBE is also unreactive to moisture, however bismuth can undergo transmutation into polonium.

Lead and bismuth as very heavy atoms have low neutron absorption and reflect neutrons back into the core of a woman resulting in very low loss of neutron kinetic energy and allowing the use of lower quality natural fertile material and allows for a breeding cycle.

LBE is not an insurmountable issue, just very high in cost to maintain, they must spend their inactive times hooked up to auxiliary heating which means it's typically seen only in military-grade women. And in that case, the state has the resources to handle transmuted polonium.

So please, let’s all #respectwomen no matter what their needs even if they seem a little different or special! 💕
