it takes eight minutes to set my browser windows back up due to tab loading. I hope someone at least gets promoted every time they do this and that's why they keep requiring nonconsensual reboots.

"if you don't use your PC before set active hours start, we will boot it and then hard-restart it" is a bit of a red line. especially no longer being able to schedule specific days for reboots like you could in previous versions, so whenever you're rebuilding at least has two days to fix. (in december, it did this and didn't shut down cleanly, and then every time I installed an update until February 10th or so I had to roll back the "quality update" that made me unable to boot windows)
