As someone who, in the past 24 hours had a filling pop out and an ocular chemosis thing form, yeah. I could tolerate being able to access the healthcare that exists in society.
Because I live in a country where medical insurance is guaranteed by the governement (Canada), I have to ask: do you mean just private insurance or all type of medical insurance? If it is the latter, what do you think would be better?
(If the US had a public system like here, it would undeniably make a huge ameloriation in the lives of millions of people, but I think just imitating Canada is setting the bar too low. People deserve better than that.)
I'd prefer health insurance not be able to tell me my obvious symptoms are untreatable over and over and over just because there isn't much research there, and I assume that's true in most places including those with "universal healthcare" judging by what we see in the UK and europe
