Userscript saves page state somehow, bops it to some cloud sync server, other clients can get it back
browsers already have extension sync.
but also, for nested frames (like the rust book or other things in the same form) I'm not sure it's that simple.
but also like, we haven't even saved position on plain html in three decades so it might be a harder thing than this.
