there's other solutions for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and Orthostatic Intolerance, but that would require either doctor curiosity or trusting the patient. or the research in the last 20y. or the field of study.

so instead, im stuck with the "evidence based" solution of:

doctor: not enough blood getting to brain when you stand up?
doctor: *inflates you making you big and round*

Yeah, the first time I tried hydration for symptoms, I stopped because I couldn't afford to keep going to the bathroom in the middle of lectures and labs...

Now I work from home, so it's less annoying, but I think it's also partly due to Normalyte and fludrocortisone helping to keep it in my blood a bit longer.
