@keisisqrl made some posts (sorry I can't find the cohost one) about competence hoarding as a concept that could happen accidentally, and I'm now thinking about how the opposite is also a problem: people desperately trying to teach their invaluable role before they burn out, that people said they'd learn with them, but somehow never make the time.
