OP is an example of the second
corvids, and especially ravens, are songbirds but they started liking each other for their personality instead of their love songs so they started using the songbird part of the brain, that's huge and the largest structure in birds, to pursue more philosophical pursuits such as doing enough anthropology to understand how to use a playground slide correctly
