ADHD meds being onboard help you fall asleep faster? seems counterintuitive
yeah but it's the tail end of them, so less distracty and more sleep faster.
anecdotally it also makes me spend less time in stage 1 sleep, which anecdotally a handful of adhd people I've met and myself seem to report as "no i was definitely awake during that period" to their sleep study people who then tell them they definitely were experiencing sleep during that period, even if you can name all of the noises that happened during it.
i have to be careful not to nap on my adhd meds because i will pass out SO quickly
one time i was pulling an all nighter and then 3 monsters in i was not pulling an all nighter anymore because it was extreme super naptime thanks to the (unrelated to OP) paradoxical stimulant reaction
