but it turns out they mostly don't, and they're so afraid of google (or so unable to determine credible sources) that instead they just say they can't treat you instead.
UpToDate exists and maybe their practice pays for it, but getting them up even use it is like pulling teeth. and then they do, and suddenly you're easy to treat and their "most interesting patient"
