thinking about how solving my problems with everything being on one computer instead of point of use would basically be solved with 10 ebay-surplus chromebooks scattered about my room and another 15 around the house and garage.

Where you just keep a duplicate of commonly used objects in everywhere room or you might want to use that object. Trashcan in every room. Hairbrush in bedroom. Hairbrush in bathroom. Hairbrush in the living room by keys. I stopped losing the charger and aux cable from moving them into and out of my car By specifically buying cables that could ONLY work in the car.
Itās. Probably better than letting those chromebooks waste in landfills even.
It does make me wonder if some of those could be replaced with tablets, or something, to save space
price:power is too low on tablets, and tablet OSes don't let me easily make things for it if I need by gluing together random stuff.
but yeah I was thinking about that for awhile and just using screen sharing stuff, but the friction is too high even with just my one tablet
