thinking about how a lot of orgs adopt capitalist structures that prefigure them into Acting Like a Stereotypical Nonprofit because you need to any time your managing collective money, because by law people need recourse if you're irresponsible, but even small businesses don't actually need that level of legal cover, let alone corps
perhaps the answer is to just get large enough that if your treasurer fucks up all your members can get 76 cents from the class action
