My personal struggle is that at some point in the early 2000's voice compression crossed a threshold where I could no longer hear what tf anyone is saying unless I'm in a very quiet room.
yep, I need to dedicate all of my focus to the call. but if they could guide me through the whatever it is we're talking about, that would be fine. They cannot.
