so all these drivers are admitting to speeding as if it's just an every day thing, and that it's the city's fault their exhaust took a 1600$ hit.
so in response, I suggest an alternative: those anti-terrorism bollards that deploy instantly. hook them up to one of those speedometer trucks and have them deploy at 5mph over the limit, totaling the car. They made their choice.
