admittedly the original source for this is tepco -- the company that insisted everything was fine until it obviously wasn't -- and so it would be nice to see some independent monitoring of seawater in the area, but it's wild that they're dumping water with 200x the background level of tritium per liter and it's still 50-fold lower than the internationally recognized safe limit for drinking water
