yet, all those video calls...
i still think social passive surveillance is largely under studied but shapes a lot of the past decade, including full text search (past a year or so) and other forms you wouldn't even really think of as surveillance, until they're used to make like, cringe compilations or whatever the children of the aristocracy have decided fills the same role.
like, we've got autopanopticon because everyone loves to punch someone occasionally
