all those extinct animals didn't have particularly powerful brains. Have you ever made a chicken angry by stealing it's egg, and then immediately thrown chicken feed at it? it shifts to another one of it's like, six stored programs and starts eating the corn, completely forgetting about you.
Can't we just replace their place in the ecosystem with roombas or something? They've got a larger memory capacity and better reasoning ability
