if a car alarm continues for more than 90 seconds in a residential area after 2100h, it should be not just legal, but your civic duty to steal it as long as you disable the alarm in the process.
the owner has signaled they don't care if the car is stolen at that point
it's funny you say that, because the most recent memory i have of a car alarm that late/early in the morning that just wouldn't shut up was because the car was actively being towed/repossessed
was hard for me to feel too mad at the car or its (former?) owner at that point, the former's just doing its job and the latter was clearly not having a good day
oh yeah i just mean the ones sitting there that got set off by a big truck rolling by or whatever
