anyway turns out giving people information on who they're electing and registering them to vote goes a long way. love that it's impossible to find out policy goals of local and state politicians, and even presidential candidates these days.
luring people in wasn't what made it work. it was having a thing that said VOTING INFO HERE, though the concerts helped
i am not sure the democrats think or learn. it would get in their way
