depends on what level you want to snoop on them at
if you want to snoop on them at the radio level, a network analyzer; if you want to examine traffic in a wireless network protocol, a protocol analyzer
you can also do elements of this stuff with a software-defined radio if you want
hmmmmmmmmmmmm, ty. I guess I need to look into SDRs that go higher than 1.7ghz
lots of things! (something disease that has lots of treatments something):
hp agilent keysight wavejudge?
vector signal analyzer?
(sdr or logic analyzer) + numpy?
debug stuff that some radios have (like qxdm for wireless phones)?
