but it has led to a lot of much more fulfilling sex with similar people where what is and isn't sort of starts to blur as you're in a pile for six hours, so, yk, there are positives
I'm not at all ace, but I have had much better sex since having a similar revelation a few years ago about how sex should just be fun for everyone involved. The definition of "fun" is left up to the participants, and you should not get hung up on a prescriptive definition that makes you feel bad about not having the "right" kind of sex (e.g., "only penetrative sex counts").
