genuinely can’t remember if i’ve posted about this at all on this account but i’ve been reading Unmasking Autism and am constantly in this position of “this is very good and already helpful in figuring out my needs and so much of why i’m Like This, and also i have never felt so called out in my life.” strongly recommend the experience even if a lot of it is just Hey Man Come On That’s Uncalled For
highly recommend Unmasking Autism, and also the same author's book on ADHD, Laziness Does Not Exist
