and feature adherence, yeah. it was prompted by the post where someone took 3 hours just to make differential scrolling of css elements to create a parallax effect, and still overscrolled on mobile browsers
but i know expecting that is unrealistic
we think we might want the exact opposite - fewer new features and no expectation on anyone's part that new stuff will be implemented
