very frustrated that I'm brilliant but still can't job because if I accidentally overextend I lose 5/6 of my capacity for weeks at a time and very few jobs seem ok with that
which means that in order to really hold one down I need to be six times better than my peers at the same job
it sucks too because my biggest skill is "programming, but with people instead of programming languages and libraries" because it requires less of the "hard thinking" that can make the PEM worse and takes way more health to perform with
but management roles need more than just that and i don't want to be in that position either
but like give me a makework job in r+d and I'll have all sorts of wild and successful ideas if you give me people to build prototypes

Life would be so much easier if my ability to do stuff wasn't so capricious.
