Website's not super clear but I am assuming as much.
What the website is clear on though, is that it's hooked into both the IO cover and the rest of the heatsinks (you can see bits of the heatpipe for the power stages next to the ROG branding on top). You'd probably need to rip all that up to send just the part in.
