i'm afraid not. the 469d community patch that's required does have a linux version so it should be possible but i don't know how to accomplish it. UT has been purged off of all online stores thanks to epic being fuckers so... I guess my best suggestion is "try wine"
turns out you use wine to extract it and then shove the files in the flatpak launcher and it just like, works. what in the world
edit: that didn't work, but https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/unrealtournament did if I point the same files at it. You can get the CD off internet archive at https://archive.org/details/ut-99
it may still have an old trojan but you aren't using that wineprefix (or exe) after you extract the game files anyway.

Normally played 2K4 prior but stopped by for a bit and found out that the Ripper owns. Did not Do Well, but the Ripper is cool.
yep, it has the 469 patch, should run perfectly on wide (but not ultrawide; patch linked on webpage) and also should run great under wine on linux
it's actually unfair that I don't spawn with a pulse gun, maybe they'll fix that in a patch soon (ggs to all, this was a total blast)
