So this reminds me of a common problem in tech hiring, and hiring in general:
they combine 'job requirements' and 'job trajectory' into 'job requirements'
which means:
- people who have all of them are bored out of their mind because they already know it
and
- people who would be eager to learn it and thus driven by it, usually don't sign up
its so sad. management thinks they're targeting for people who will do everything they need, only to learn that that's why they quit their previous job.
