excuse us. you'd have to get Congressional staffers to go along with it :D
they're paid a minimum of $45,000 for what they do, I think we can probably sway the ones who are paid the least by the worst senators
You'd also have to get the courts to go along with it. I can't imagine them not finding some dubious legal principle that lets them stomp this into the ground the very second it gets signed into law.
