games should make you wait a reasonable amount of time before a match, while you're in queue. maybe have a phone-app tie-in that lets me select my character and weapons while i'm coming back to the computer.
FFXIV has a LFG queue and it was always so refreshing to have time to eat food or pee or do weed or write posts or, I'm ashamed to admit it, do actual work.
