It is called Hibachi & Wings. It serves hibachi and also wings, and also a small unpredictable assortment of Americanized Chinese food dishes. It offers online ordering through about 4 different services, half of which do not correctly represent the hours that it's open, and half of which exclude a significant portion of the menu options. And none of them would do you any good even if you were okay with that, because unless you physically go into the restaurant and confer in person with the owner, who is the only person who actually fully understands the menu, you have a pretty low percentage chance of actually getting the food you want to. And if he happens not to be in and someone else is covering the counter, your chances are still low.
It ACTUALLY SERVES LEMON PEPPER WINGS and is the only place within a 45-minute drive that I know of that actually does so. They were panko battered. They were incredibly goddamn delicious. So, apparently, is the hibachi.
Not a ghost kitchen but possibly one that is lightly astrally projecting
