i want to run update once not 9 times every time I have to update.
im this close to giving up and just using git and github for this

Right now I've got things from cargo and npm and pip and apt and go-get and snap and tasksel and homebrew
edit: @wiggles in the comments recommended Topograde which sounds like it solves this, and also it maintains it so go check it out maybe
it’s called topgrade and i help maintain it! it works on linux, macos, and windows, and supports things youd never think to upgrade
