I would say PC based purely on the fact that it seems to not run very well on Switch. Switch is capped at 30fps, appears to encounter more frequent slowdown, and apparently pop-in and other graphical quirks are more pronounced.
That said, I have not actually played the game on Switch, this is just what I've read/seen, but fwiw the game is buttery smooth on PC.
And I haven't had any issues jumping right in with a controller on PC, but I'm just using an xbox controller so ymmv depending on your setup I suppose!
that's enough to get me to go, since I'd be using the same controller either way!
PC for sure - the switch version works, miraculously, but you have to put up with the limitations of its GPU architecture being almost a decade old now
