code conventions are important for mass production and interchangeable parts. but in artisan code, where there isn't case sensitivity, there's a case to be made for caps being used for Emphasis instead of Classification.

I do feel like it's strange that we've switched to lowercase for every other tag, but not !DOCTYPE
(internally, html still converts them all to uppercase: document.body.tagName is "BODY", so it's not like lowercase is somehow more correct here)
