the fact that most apps are just like, completely fine about your laptop going into s3 sleep and then coming back is Just Fucking Magic to me still.
even in 2015 non-mobile apps did not expect suddenly losing connection and coming back online. now I can do that with running, high performance games sometimes. (on Linux etc, idk how the windows situation is)
