That is very cool, especially since the test strips can theoretically be engineered to be easily reusable as well.
A lot of good could come from this, beyond just glucose and pH testing.
this looks a lot more for like, field test sites and developing nations more than personal use
Yep, things like reducing the costs of epidemiological surveillance and providing diagnostic bioassays for remote and rural communities; those are the sort of things I meant by a lot of good could come from this.
