isn't forced 3 day a week Return to Office actually a security threat? if all your workers are remote it's way harder for some rando to walk around without security poking them.

but if your employees are randomly in and out of the office on different days it's way easier because no one actually knows who all are there

I agree, but that is also a feature that justifies paying for the insider threat behavioral analytics package from the company that, "coincidentally", someone in upper management is on the board of.

Upper management really only cares about security when it would impact their ability to suck value out of the company into their pockets. And even then, if they can profit off of it some other way, they will.
