i'm often (relatively; most times when i look) astonished at how atrociously bad microsoft's help fora are. some of the worst and least helpful. every thread has five first replies from volunteer forum warriors with 6/10 english introducing themselves with fanfare as the most decorated microsoft assistance forum veteran ever, then copy pasting non-fixes for a slightly different issue. most threads never see a resolution, and they are never ever deduplicated.
third party sites like tenforums are somehow actually worse
they're manned by the kind of people who think unpaid labor for a monopoly looks good i guess
