I don't have any strong opinions about any of this, but I really admire both the deep commitment to linguistics and set theory and the deep commitment to finding more and more convoluted ways to shitpost. @hbm is doing both extremely well in this video

It also reminded me of spending an entire day "Pepe Silvia"-style at work many years back trying to solidify a timeline in which Mario, Star Fox, Donkey Kong, Sonic, Zelda, and other games were all linked together.

Mario <-> Donkey Kong: Donkey Kong Arcade
Mario <-> Zelda: Chain Chomp
Mario <-> Sonic: Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games

So many moments here that made me think "oh my god we have to talk about this now, don't we?" but my favorite was probably when considering whether or not you play as mario in mario pinball land. It's these kinds of specific questions that make me love your videos. There is no other creator on youtube that could get me to critically think about the ludic conventions of a fucking pinball game.
