bonus curse points for people who signal one thing and then drive another, lol
This is one thing I hate about Seattle. People Don't Know How to Signal.
It's gotten so much worse over the last decade or so. People are just swooping all over the place now in their giant tinted SUVs.
Having lived in many places, I can tell you that everyone everywhere is a terrible driver
as someone who only started biking recently i never thought about the issue with turn-only lanes, i'll keep that in mind from now on
Preach it sister!
Oh, and this isn’t just about cyclists, we drivers like it when our fellow polluter commuters use turns signals.
Bonus item:
-Signaling when you're almost done with the turn.
-Signaling a left turn into a left turn lane and then going straight in the intersection.
When I come to a stop at a 4 way and raise my left arm up, I am not waving to you person opposite me. I'm doing the thing you should be doing. I might not do it 100 feet before the intersection because the road is rough and driving one handed on a two wheel vehicle is going to get me killed. Now why are you turning left into my intended lane without signaling?
