i use yr.no, it has an hourly weather forecast, including precipitation, for the next ~two days
i can't find a setting to use us customary units on the website, but i just noticed they have an android app and it does let you choose units, in case you were wondering
Weather Underground, FlowX, a shortcut to your NWS's Hourly Weather Graph (as linked from their forecast office page), 1Weather (they have a widget I like but the app itself has terrible Pivot to Video style content they won't get rid of or let you turn off).
oh hmmm, WU didn't really seem to give it, just an unlabeled vague bars, maybe I'll try paying for it
It's like $3 a year or something so I don't remember what it looks like unpaid. You do have to tap through like 3 things to get to the real graph but it shows percentages when I do: https://imgur.com/a/G7mFUBh
I will say I use my NWS hourly graph link a lot more than anything else because it loads incredibly quickly.
