i almost made eggs now but decided to wait for lunch to do that
So good. The toast was perfectly golden brown. I embellished with green onion slices (some fried with the bacon, some sprinkled on top) and avocado pieces sprinkled on top. Eggs sunny side up so I could get the yolk in the toast.
I don't do bacon very often but the store usually has this one.
