Huh? Unless something changed in the last day, the ISS is still planned to be operated through 2030, according to NASA's summary of the decommissioning plans agreed upon by the international partners.
In addition, Roscosmos stated back in 2021 that they wanted to be out of the ISS after 2024, and they only agreed to commit to an extension to 2028. It's hard to continue operating when your major partner wants out. Fatigue cracking in the oldest parts of the station make it difficult to safely continue operating it further into the 2030s.
