This is messing with my brain. I know it’s water but my brain wants to assume it’s some kind of cleaning liquid or chemical because water jug don’t do that. 🤨

That's uh. Baking soda. It will deactivate the heck out of your stomach acid if you drink enough, I think?
not really. pH is a log scale. you might still get sick if you chug a ton though i don't know
alkaline water being a notorious wellness scam, being that this one comes in a regular jug and is notably more basic than the usual goop type Product™ i have to assume that this stuff is intended for like, making ramen or something. unfortunately it is nigh impossible to look up any information on actual uses of this in cooking (assuming cooking because minerals added for taste)
