i need to spend a weekend on switching off of kitty at some point
i've heard good things about wezterm, although its sixel support appears to be partial, so it may or may not work for your usecase on your system
i know this is absurd but it's logo feels like a bad omen.
I've been looking at foot and alacritty but both have things that make me squinch my face at them
update: lol the kitty graphics protocol is supported by it now maybe i will check out wez again
i use WezTerm, the dev has been very nice and helpful overall and has fixed multiple bugs i reported and has great docs
the Alacritty guys did not respond well to a bug report i made and as far as i am aware the issues remain unfixed
the dev of alacritty is extremely grating to see online, in orthogonal ways to the way the kitty dev is
