this is ship-to-ship naval weaponry not a rocket launch platform
tbf I believe you can design shaped charges to shatter the nose cone into un-aerodynamic pieces, and then the pieces could tumble to get rid of most of its kinetic energy
but also yeah I still wouldn't want to be on the receiving end
