ok but fr if you have earwax buildup get one of these spray bottle tube ear things that you basically spray water mixed with hydrogen peroxide see comments on post into your ear with and it disloges earwax. Worked really well when I had that problem, and feels weird in a good way
don't use actual hydrogen peroxide. it kills tissue if you can't get it out fast enough, probably not enough to be terrible, but enough to cause discomfort; debrodex and the like use other types. the expense is worth it, though store brand is fine.
this is also why you shouldn't use hydrogen peroxide for wound care unless it's specifically suggested. we've moved on from First World War battlefield medicine where the best answer was scorched earth.
