every so often I'm almost tempted to confidently blogpost about a crackpot theory, like how Observability tools like Honeycomb may not actually improve your diagnostics etc, but instead collapse the waveform prematurely, letting you fix errors you otherwise wouldn't notice until later by basically forcing the observer effect to come into play sooner in your debug cycle.
